CIBF2026 VIP Policy and Service Instructions for Overseas Visitors

As an authoritative industry brand exhibition hosted by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources (CIAPS), CIBF has successfully held 17 sessions so far. It will assemble more than 3,100 leading enterprises in the global industrial chain to participate, and the number of professional visitors is expected to exceed 350,000 person-times, making it the top communication platform with the highest concentration of resources in the global battery industrial chain and the core for cross-border commercial docking.

1、Assign an exclusive one-on-one service specialist to provide 24/7 (7×12 hours) all-weather consulting services, promptly answer various questions such as exhibition viewing processes, enterprise docking, and travel guidance, and respond to various service needs throughout the process;

2、Provide on-site exclusive personal guidance services, accompany and assist in completing entry, venue access and other operations throughout the process, eliminate cumbersome procedures, and realize convenient and efficient exhibition viewing;

III. Notes for Overseas Visitor Registration

1、After contacting the International Visitor Service Team, please take the initiative to provide your personal business card or valid identity information to facilitate the staff to quickly verify the information and complete the exhibition viewing registration and filing;

2、If you have clear needs for docking with participating enterprises or negotiating procurement business opportunities, please inform the service team specialist in advance so that the organizing committee can make preparations for precise docking in advance and fully ensure the negotiation efficiency and cooperation achievement.
